How long does it take to get a response?
Most inquiries receive a response within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Order-related questions are usually answered faster β€” typically within a few hours during business days.
When will my CryoTec ship?
Ships August 30. Pre-orders ship in the order they were placed, and you'll get a tracking email the moment your unit leaves our facility.
How do I check my order status?
Log into My Account to see your order history and current status. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link emailed to you automatically.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 14-day risk-free return from the date your unit arrives. If CryoTec isn't right for you, just email support@cryotec.ca and we'll handle the return.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped. Reach out as soon as possible with your order number and we'll make the change or issue a refund.
Is there a warranty on the device?
Every CryoTec includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, we'll repair or replace it with no fuss.
Do you ship outside Canada?
At launch we're shipping to Canada and the United States. International shipping is coming after launch. Join our list to be notified when your region opens up.
How do I apply for the Beta Product Testing Program?
See the Beta Product Testing Program section below for full details and the application link. We're looking for athletes who train regularly and will share honest, structured feedback over a six-week testing period.
